JOB DESCRIPTION

Our scheduling is based on staffing the right person with the right competence, in the right place at the right time. Your work as a schedule planner involves creating sustainable schedules based on the needs of the operations, laws, agreements, and common guidelines from our staffing handbook.

Your work as a schedule planner also includes producing statistics, analyzing data, and monitoring the external environment. The assignment involves educating, informing, and introducing managers and employees to the scheduling system.

The administration's schedule planners also work as system support for the administration and handle system issues in the scheduling system.

You will be part of a working group with individuals who work as schedule planners but with different roles. You will work with several departments within our administration and have close collaboration with the administration's unit managers and staffing controllers, as well as with the municipality's payroll and HR department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements for the position:

• Post-secondary education with relevant orientation such as administration, economics, or another education/qualifications that the employer deems equivalent.
• Experience in central scheduling work.
• Good computer skills with strong knowledge of the Office suite.
• Good communication skills and a good command of the Swedish language both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience with scheduling systems Time Care Planning and Visma payroll system.
• Knowledge of laws and agreements related to scheduling for round-the-clock operations.

As a person, you are meticulous, service-minded, structured, solution-focused, unpretentious, and have a good ability to collaborate with others. You have a holistic perspective on larger operational issues while also being able to work at a detailed level in matters that require it.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
